If you have not been to Coastal Cupboard in Mount Pleasant SC you are missing out.  If you have not attended one of thier cooking classes you are missing out. And you are REALLY missing out if you have not signed up for one of Chef Carters cooking classes!  Great food.  Great venue.  Great stories.  What else could you ask for?

I thought it would be great to post a new Short created to help promote Nathalie Dupree and Cynthia Gaubarts new cookbook release, Southern Biscuits!  I loved working with Nathalie and Cynthia on this mouth watering book while we took a short break from the upcoming mega cookbook, The Art of Southern Cooking.  More to come about this later.  Enjoy the film and then get out there and pick up a copy.  It will soon be covered in flour!
